COEで2012年に優勝を勝ち取り、入賞歴も多数ある名門カフェ・ブルマス・デル・ズルキは、農学者であるファン・ラモン氏が運営するブランドです。タラス地区では珍しい霧が立ちこめるフィンカ・ドン・ホセ農園で栽培した、ウォッシュトプロセスを施したロットです。

The shelf life is 3 months from the roasting date. Store away from direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity, and consume as soon as possible.
The bag may be inflated due to gas released from the coffee beans, but this does not affect the quality, so please continue to consume it as is.

Brumas del Zurquí is a brand run by Juan Ramon Alvardo Rodríguez. The Rodríguez Carballo family is one of Costa Rica's traditional coffee growers, with generations of coffee growers dating back to around 1880. Known as a producer of high-quality coffee, they have won numerous awards, including first place at the 2012 COE (Cup of Excellence).
Through thorough quality control from cultivation to production and processing and constant technological innovation, we maintain the cultivation of high-quality coffee while adopting a sustainable production system that is considerate of the environment.
Finca Don Jose is one of Juan Ramon's signature farms.
They had a farm in the Central Valley, but wanted to produce higher quality coffee, so they built a new micromill in the Tarrazu area, an area with an excellent climate and fog that is rare in Costa Rica.
When I actually visited Finca Don Jose, I was impressed by Juan Ramon's passion for this new venture in the Tarrazu area, and the coffee he produces is excellent. It's a farm I definitely wanted to buy from.
