About ordering

If you have more than 10 recipients, you can register your order on our behalf by entering your recipient information in the dedicated Excel sheet.

About payment

Payment methods include credit card, PayPay, Google Pay, convenience store payment, and invoice payment (bank transfer).
All payments must be made in advance.

About delivery date

We will adjust the delivery date after confirming payment.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests regarding the delivery date.

About delivery

We deliver by Japan Post.
Shipping is free for orders over 5,500 yen (including tax) per delivery address.

Ordering Process

01. Please download and fill out the Excel file and send it to us by e-mail.
02. After confirming your order, we will send you a dedicated billing page by e-mail.
03. Once we confirm your payment, we will proceed to arrange the products.
04. After shipping is complete, we will provide you with a tracking number for each shipping address. We will inform you of the tracking number for each delivery address after the shipment is completed.

Please note that we will not be able to deliver your order on the requested delivery date.
