I want it to be shipped as soon as possible
If you would like your order to be shipped as quickly as possible, please place your order without specifying a delivery date. We will ship your order within four business days (we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays).
If you are in a hurry, please write that in the "Order Notes" when placing your order.
*Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on product inventory.
It's a gift, so I don't want the amount to be revealed.
If the sender's address is different from the shipping address, please rest assured that we will not include any documents that indicate the amount.
I haven't received an email with payment information when paying at a convenience store.
If you pay at a convenience store, you will receive an email from the payment processing company.

I want to specify multiple delivery addresses
It is not possible to specify multiple shipping addresses in one purchase. Please purchase separately for each shipping address.
If you have more than 10 shipping addresses for one purchase, we will register your order on your behalf by having you enter the shipping address information into a dedicated Excel spreadsheet.

I would like to have a delivery note and receipt issued.
The shipping email will include a link to issue the invoice and receipt. You can also download them from your My Page.
*Customers can change the recipient's name and notes on the receipt themselves.
Alternatively, please write in the "Order Notes" that you would like a delivery note and receipt issued when placing your order.

About store pickup service
【What is the store pickup service?】
This service allows you to pick up products ordered from our online shop at a participating directly managed store. Since you pick up the products at the store, there are no shipping fees.
【Participating stores】

Eligible products will have "Store Pickup Available" displayed on the product page.

【How to order】
1. Click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page to add the product to your shopping cart.
2. If you have a preferred date and time for receiving your order, please select it from the cart page.
*If you would like to receive your order as soon as possible, please select "No preference." Your order will be prepared for pickup within 2-4 days of the order date.

3. Click the "Proceed to checkout" button to proceed to the payment page.
4. On the payment page, under [Delivery], select "Pick up at store."

5. We will notify you by email when your order is ready to be picked up at the store.
【Process until receipt】
Your order will be ready in 2 to 4 days from the date of order.
Once you receive an email informing you that your order is ready for pickup, please come to the store.
Please provide the store staff with your order number or the name of the person who placed the order.
【Receipt period】
The delivery period will be 5 days from the date of receipt of the delivery preparation completion email.
If it has been more than 5 days, please be sure to contact the REC COFFEE online shop.
【Delivery packaging condition】
We will deliver it to you in a shopping bag with the REC COFFEE logo.
If the quantity is large, we may divide the shopping bag into multiple bags.
Please note that for heavy items, we may ship them in cardboard boxes for durability.
【Notes】
- Once your order is ready for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If you cannot come to the store within the collection period, please be sure to contact us in advance.
- Please note that we cannot offer refunds if you are unable to collect your order after 5 days.

How much is the amount per session?
Coffee bean subscriptions start at 2,100 yen (tax included) and include free shipping.
Coffee bag subscriptions start at 3,980 yen (tax included) and include free shipping.
What payment methods are available?
Only credit cards are accepted.
(VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB)
Please tell me the schedule for payments from the second onwards.
The second and subsequent payments will be made on the 10th of each month.
Orders paid for by the 10th will generally be delivered around the 22nd of the month .

What should I do if I don't receive it?
If the product is returned to us, we will not re-deliver it for quality control reasons.
Please note that we will not provide a refund if the item is returned.

Can I temporarily skip it?
If you will be away for an extended period of time and unable to receive the delivery, there is a function to skip delivery.
You can skip this subscription from your subscription page .
If you change your mind before payment, you will be able to skip the next month's delivery only .
*Changes can be made up to three days before the next payment date listed on your My Page.
*You cannot skip this step when placing your first order.
Can I change the delivery address?
Changes can only be made to orders before they are completed from your subscription page.
If you wish to change the delivery address after completing your order, please contact us via our official LINE page or order@rec-coffee.com .
[Important] If you change (forward) the delivery address of your package after it has been shipped, you will be required to pay additional shipping fees.
If your address changes due to a move or other reason, please change it in advance.
*Please be sure to make any changes from your subscription page . Please note that changes made from your online shop page will not reflect your registration .

Can I order other products at the same time?
We cannot accept orders for other products other than regular deliveries or combined shipping with other orders.
*You can order both the "Coffee Bean Subscription" and the "Coffee Bag Subscription" at the same time.
Can I cancel?
After the second payment, you can cancel your subscription from your My Page . You can cancel up to three days before the next payment date listed on your My Page.
*If you cancel after payment, your subscription will be cancelled from the next payment order.
Can I return it?
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience after shipping.
*If there is a problem with the quality or product, please contact us via our official LINE page or order@rec-coffee.com .
Is there a carrying bag?
A carrying bag is not included.
Can I issue a receipt?
Receipts can be downloaded from the email address below or from your My Page.

Can I use points and coupons to pay for subscriptions?
Points and coupons cannot be used to pay for subscriptions.
You can use the points you have earned at the online shop.

Payment not being processed
Payments from the second onwards will be made on the 10th of each month . If payment has not been made by the 10th, it may be because your credit card has expired.
Please check the card information you registered and contact us via our official LINE page or order@rec-coffee.com .
▼ After the error is confirmed, a total of three retry payments will be made every six minutes.
*If the error occurs again, we will not be able to accept your order for delivery the following month.
I haven't received an email
If your membership registration is complete or your order has been accepted, we will automatically send you a completion email after the procedure is complete.
If you do not receive an email, it may be because the email address you registered is incorrect or you have not set up your email to receive emails from " order@rec-coffee.com ".
Please check your spam folder.
Can I specify or change the delivery date and time?
As a general rule, regular deliveries are delivered around the 22nd of each month , so we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.
If you are unable to receive your package, please contact Japan Post directly using the parcel number listed in the shipping confirmation email to arrange a date and time for you to receive the package.
