REC COFFEE is a specialty coffee shop based in Hakata, Fukuoka that roasts its own beans.
Based on the philosophy "One delicious sip brings many smiles," we offer a wide range of coffees, from those that can be enjoyed casually every day to the highest quality coffees.
"Carefully selected ingredients," "well-honed roasting and extraction techniques," and "service that will truly satisfy you" - by combining these, we create the value that is unique to REC COFFEE.
From communicating with producers and purchasing the beans, to roasting and brewing in the shop, serving, and conversations with customers, we are meticulous in every single process.

Comprehensive training system
At REC COFFEE, we have a training curriculum for newly hired staff.
You can learn the basics of specialty coffee, the basics of extraction, and even the company's philosophy and values. You can learn in stages, so you can deepen your understanding before starting work with peace of mind.
Even after you start working in the field, senior staff will provide support and you will be able to continue learning according to your skills and level of understanding, so even if you have no experience, it is an environment where you can grow with peace of mind.
