How to order products
01. Select a product
Please select a product from the top page or product list page. Once you have decided on the product, click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page.
If you wish to continue shopping, please click the "Continue Shopping" button. If you are finished shopping, click "View Cart" or the cart icon in the upper right corner.

02. Confirm your order details
Please make sure that the items and quantities are correct in your cart, then click "Proceed to checkout" to proceed.
*Please enter any notes regarding your order or delivery date and time if necessary.

03. Enter your customer information
Please enter your contact information (email address) and the shipping address for your product. If you wish to register as a member (free of charge), please register separately.

04. Select your payment method
Please select your payment method. You can choose from various credit cards (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / AMEX), Amazon Pay, convenience store payment, PayPay, and cash on delivery.
*If you pay at a convenience store, you will receive an email from the payment agency, so if you have spam filters set up, please make sure you can receive emails with @ in them.
*Please note that for cash on delivery, a handling fee of ¥330 (tax included) will be charged from the total amount.
If the shipping address and billing address (sender's address) are different, please enter the billing address on this screen .

07. Order completed
Click the "Pay Now" button to complete your order. After completing your order, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order.

*If you do not receive an order confirmation email, it may be because the order was not placed correctly or because your spam filter settings are blocking the email. If you have specified domains, please allow emails from the following email addresses.

About account registration (membership registration)
You can register an account (membership) at the REC COFFEE online shop.
*Registration is free.

●Points can be used.
You can register your address (this will save you the trouble of having to enter your information next time).

01. Open the account login screen
For the desktop version, click the human icon in the top right corner, and for the mobile version, click "Login" from the menu bar.

02. Create an account
Click "Create a new account" to proceed.
(From next time onwards, you can use My Page after logging in.)

03. Enter your account information
Enter the required information to create an account and click "Create."

My Page
After creating an account, you can log in and use it as your personal page. You can check information such as your points from your personal page. 
About points
【Point】
REC COFFEE's online shop has introduced a points system. By registering an account (membership), you can earn and use points. You will earn 1 point for every 100 yen spent, and 1 point can be used as 1 yen. Points expire one year from the date of issue.
【Steps for earning points】
① Register an account ② Purchase a product (Earn 1 point for every 100 yen)
③ Points will be added after the product is shipped.
【How to use points】
01. Log in to your account
Please log in to use your points.
02. Select a product and enter the points you want to use.
Select a product and check the cart screen. Enter the number of points you want to use in the point usage section at the top of the subtotal, click "Use points" to confirm, and then proceed to "Checkout."

03. Enter the information required for delivery
Check the amount after using your points and enter the shipping information required.
Proceed to pay now to complete your order.
*Please note that points and coupons cannot be used together.

*You can check your points on your My Page (account page).
How to use coupons
01. Select a product and proceed to the cart screen
Check the product and enter your desired delivery date and time.
Click the "Proceed to checkout" button to proceed to the screen where you can enter your shipping address.

02. View your order summary and enter your coupon code.
(For example, in the case of a coupon for free shipping:)

03.Select and fill in your shipping address and payment method.
After entering your email address and shipping address, you will be asked to select your payment method.

03. Check that the coupon code is reflected in the order summary at the bottom.
Once you have confirmed your order, proceed to pay now and your order will be complete.
*If the gift recipient is different from the person placing the order, please double-check to make sure there are no mistakes before pressing the "Pay Now" button.

【When ordering from a PC】
After confirming your contact information and shipping address on the left screen, apply the coupon code on the right page. After confirming that the code has been applied correctly, click the "Pay Now" button to proceed to the next screen.

*If you choose convenience store payment, you will receive the necessary payment information from the payment agency (Epsilon), so please make sure you can receive emails from "sendonly@epsilon.jp". Please note that if payment cannot be confirmed, we will not be able to ship the product.
Cash on delivery
*Japan Post charges a flat fee of ¥330 (tax included) for each delivery.
*For frozen shipments (Yamato Transport), the handling fee varies depending on the cash on delivery amount.

If no delivery date is specified, we will ship your order within 4 business days. Please note that we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Fastest delivery
If you would like your order to be shipped as quickly as possible, please order without specifying a delivery date.
*Please note that delivery may be delayed due to road conditions, etc.
Delivery company
The product will be delivered by Japan Post.
Only frozen products will be delivered by Yamato Transport.
Delivery is limited to domestic addresses only.
About shop pickup service
【What is the store pickup service?】
This service allows you to pick up products ordered from our online shop at a participating directly managed store. Since you pick up the products at the store, there are no shipping fees.

【How to order】
1. Click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page to add the product to your shopping cart.
2. If you have a preferred date and time for receiving your order, please select it from the cart page.
*If you would like to receive your order as soon as possible, please select "No preference." Your order will be prepared for pickup within 2-4 days of the order date.

3. Click the "Proceed to checkout" button to proceed to the payment page.
4. On the payment page, under [Delivery], select "Pick up at store."

5. We will notify you by email when your order is ready to be picked up at the store.
【Process until receipt】
Your order will be ready in 2 to 4 days from the date of order.
Once you receive an email informing you that your order is ready for pickup, please come to the store.
Please provide the store staff with your order number or the name of the person who placed the order.
【Receipt period】
The delivery period will be 5 days from the date of receipt of the delivery preparation completion email.
If it has been more than 5 days, please be sure to contact the REC COFFEE online shop.
【Delivery packaging condition】
We will deliver it to you in a shopping bag with the REC COFFEE logo.
If the quantity is large, we may divide the shopping bag into multiple bags.
Please note that for heavy items, we may ship them in cardboard boxes for durability.
【Notes】
- Once your order is ready for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If you cannot come to the store within the collection period, please be sure to contact us in advance.
- Please note that we cannot offer refunds if you are unable to collect your order after 5 days.

The REC COFFEE subscription service is perfect for you.
Enjoy a relaxed specialty coffee experience at home.
Regarding delivery timing
As a general rule, orders placed by the 10th of each month will be delivered around the 22nd of that month .
Payment and delivery schedule
We deliver a different REC COFFEE coffee every month.
Shipping is free nationwide .
The first payment will be made at the time of application .
After that, all subsequent payments will be automatically made on the 10th of each month .
If your registered credit card becomes unable to make payments due to reasons such as expiration, and you do not contact us afterwards, deliveries of your subscription service will be suspended.
*After a credit card payment error is confirmed, a total of three retry attempts will be made every six minutes.
◼️About your first order
In principle, if you place your order by the 10th, it will be delivered around the 22nd of the same month .
*You cannot skip this step if you are placing your first order. *If you would like to change the delivery address or other details for your first order, please contact order@rec-coffee.com (even if you make changes from your My Page, the information will not be updated).
◼️Regarding orders from the second time onwards
Automatic payment will be made on the 10th of each month, and the product will be delivered around the 22nd of the same month .
If you wish to change your delivery information, please change your delivery address or skip delivery from your subscription My Page before completing your order.
*Changes can be made up to three days before the next payment date listed on your My Page.

Returns, refunds and exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience after shipping.

I want it to be shipped as soon as possible
If you would like your order to be shipped as quickly as possible, please place your order without specifying a delivery date. We will ship your order within four business days (we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays).
If you are in a hurry, please write that in the "Order Notes" when placing your order.
*Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on product inventory.
It's a gift, so I don't want the price to be revealed.
If you are ordering a gift, please rest assured that we do not include any information that would reveal the amount.
I haven't received an email with payment information when paying at a convenience store.
If you pay at a convenience store, you will receive an email from the payment processing company.

I want to specify multiple delivery addresses
It is not possible to specify multiple shipping addresses in one purchase. Please purchase separately for each shipping address.
If you have more than 10 shipping addresses for one purchase, we will register your order on your behalf by having you enter the shipping address information into a dedicated Excel spreadsheet.

Coffee bean subscriptions start at 2,100 yen (tax included) and include free shipping.
Coffee bag subscriptions start at 3,980 yen (tax included) and include free shipping.
What payment methods are available?

Can I temporarily skip it?
If you will be away for an extended period of time and unable to receive the delivery, there is a function to skip delivery.
You can skip this subscription from your subscription page .
If you change your mind before payment, you will be able to skip only the next delivery .

*You can skip from the second time onwards.
Can I change the delivery address?
Changes can only be made to orders before they are completed from your subscription page.
If you wish to change the delivery address after completing your order, please contact us via our official LINE page or order@rec-coffee.com .
[Important] If you change (forward) the delivery address of your package after it has been shipped, you will be required to pay additional shipping fees.
If your address changes due to a move or other reason, please change it in advance.

Can I specify or change the delivery date and time?
As a general rule, regular deliveries are delivered around the 22nd of each month , so we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.
If you are unable to receive your package, please contact Japan Post directly using the parcel number listed in the shipping confirmation email to arrange a date and time for you to receive the package.
