Story
Finca San Juan del Volcán is located in Chiapas, the southernmost state of Mexico, in a misty, humid cloud forest. The farm placed in the Cup of Excellence competition in 2023. Situated at an elevation of 1,500–1,800 meters, the farm harvests its coffee later than usual, from October to April. This lot is a Bourbon variety processed using the washed method.
