メキシコ最南部に位置するチアパスにあるサン・ファン・デル・ベスビオ農園は、霧が多く、湿度の高い雲霧林にあり、2023年にはカップ・オブ・エクセレンスで入賞を果たしている農園です。標高1,500〜1,800mと高い場所に位置し、通常の収穫時期よりも遅い10〜4月に収穫されます。このロットはブルボン品種、ウォッシュトプロセスのコーヒーです。

今年の8月まで販売していた、サン・ファン・デル・ベスビオのロット違いです。同じ農園・同じ品種ですが、今回は少し印象が変わりました。
前のロットで感じられたスパイス感は控えめで、その分ブラウンシュガーのような奥行きのある甘さがしっかり楽しめます。冷めてくるとより甘さが際立って感じられますよ。

 

Expiration Date

Best enjoyed within three months of the roast date. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and consume promptly.

The bag may appear puffed due to gases released by the coffee beans, but this does not affect quality—enjoy as is.
