We are pleased to introduce this honey-processed Pacas variety. Only fully ripe red cherries are carefully harvested by a team of 20 pickers and depulped using an eco-friendly mechanical mill. The beans are then dried slowly in a solar dryer for 25–32 days without a fermentation stage. The family is involved in the drying process, meticulously monitoring the quality until the moisture level reaches 10–12%.
