The birthplace of coffee

This blend is made entirely from coffee from Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee. It was created to celebrate the roots of coffee and deliver the popular taste of Ethiopia year-round.

The motif is an ethnic pattern that represents Ethiopia, a multi-ethnic country with over 80 ethnic groups. The coloring is inspired by the taste, tradition of coffee's origins, and the Ethiopian flag.

We roasted this coffee medium-dark to bring out the full power of Ethiopian flavor. We controlled the heat high from the beginning to create a core of acidity, and then developed a robust sweetness in the latter stages, aiming for a complex and balanced flavor. You can taste not only the gorgeous flavor, but also the wild fruitiness of red berries and cherries, and the ripe sweetness.
