ロス・ススピロス農園は、標高1,700m〜に位置しており、アクセル・パラシオス氏とフレディ・モラレス氏が共同で運営している農園です。「Los Susupiros」とはスペイン語で「ため息」を意味し、この地域に広がる巨大な渓谷の果てしない景色を眺めながら新鮮な空気を吸い込むようなイメージから名付けられています。
