For the freshest flavor, we ship our coffee beans within 14 days of roasting.

Best enjoyed within three months of the roast date. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and consume promptly.

The bag may appear puffed due to gases released by the coffee beans, but this does not affect quality—enjoy as is.

■ I would like my order to be shipped as soon as possible.

If you would like your order to be shipped as soon as possible, please place your order without selecting a delivery date.

Your order will be shipped within 4 business days after we receive your order.

(Our shipping operations are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.)

■ This is a gift. Can you make sure the price is not included?

For gift orders, we do not include any documents or materials that show the price. Please feel assured when sending a gift.

■ I haven't received the email for convenience store payment.

The payment email will be sent from our payment service provider, sendonly@epsilon.jp.

Depending on your spam filter settings, the email may not reach your inbox. Please make sure that emails from sendonly@epsilon.jp are allowed.

■ Can I specify multiple delivery addresses?

We are unable to ship one order to multiple delivery addresses. Please place a separate order for each delivery address.

■ I would like to receive a receipt.

A link to download your receipt is included in the shipping confirmation email. You can also download it from your account page.

You can change the name and description on the receipt yourself.

【What is the in-store pickup service?】

This service allows you to pick up items ordered from our online shop at designated REC COFFEE retail locations.
There are no shipping fees for items picked up at the store.

 

【Participating stores】

In-store pickup service is available at the following locations:
"REC COFFEE Yakuin Station Shop"
"REC COFFEE Kencho East Shop"
"REC COFFEE Hakata Marui Shop"
(As of July 2025)

 

【Eligible items】

Eligible items will feature a  “In-store pickup available” indication on their product page.

 

【How to order】

1. Click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page to add the item in your shopping cart.

2. If you have a preferred date and time to pick up your order, please select it on the cart page.
*If you would like to pick up your order as soon as possible, please select "No preference." Your order will be prepared for pickup within 2-4 business days from the order date (our online store is closed on Saturdays and Sundays).

3. Click the "Proceed to checkout" button to proceed to the payment page.

4. On the payment page, under [Delivery], select "Pick up at store."

5. We will notify you by email when your order is ready to be picked up at the store.

 

【Pickup Process】

Your order will be ready in 2 to 4 days from the date of order.
Once you receive an email informing you that your order is ready for pickup, please come to the store.

Please provide the store staff with your order number or the name of the person who placed the order.

 

【Pickup collection period】

The pickup period is 5 days from the date you receive the "ready-for-pickup" email.
If you cannot pick up within 5 days, please contact the REC COFFEE online shop.

 

【Packaging of pickup items】

Pickup items will be handed to you in a shopping bag with the REC COFFEE logo.
If the quantity is large, we may divide the items into multiple bags. 
Also please note that for heavy items, we may use cardboard boxes for durability reasons.

 

【Notes】

1. Once your order is ready for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
2. If you cannot come to the store within the collection period, please be sure to contact us in advance.
3. Please note that we cannot offer refunds if you are unable to collect your order after 5 days.
