Alejandro saw the potential for coffee farming in this land with little rainfall, so he built an irrigation system himself to collect rainwater and bring it to the farm.
Alejandro says the reason he is so committed to this place is simply because of his passion for coffee.

Born from this passion, Aguacatones beans are refined using a traditional natural process that involves drying the fruit whole.
Guatemalan coffee beans are generally known for their balanced flavor, but this processing method allows the fruit flavor to remain in the beans, resulting in a sparkling, fruity sweetness.
REC COFFEE has gone through a lot of trial and error in roasting to bring out the best in this coffee.
Alejandro is now busy every day trying to boost the local farm scene.
Enjoy a cup of coffee filled with his unique "coffee passion."
