Japanese coffee shop culture
This dark roast blend was developed with inspiration from coffee shop culture. It is a blend created with the idea of enjoying it slowly, savoring it over time, just like spending time in a coffee shop.

The pattern is inspired by the coffee shop that is the origin of the name, and is based on the stained glass motif that is often used in old-fashioned coffee shops.
Coloring that represents stained glass and dark roast.
The roaster's commitment

"Rich flavor and texture, with a refreshing aftertaste"
To avoid it being simply bitter, we chose coffee that allows you to feel the original potential of the green coffee beans even when dark roasted.
We focused on caramelizing the coffee through roasting, aiming for a rich coffee flavor, subtle fruitiness, and a refreshing aftertaste.
Enjoy the comfort of a traditional coffee shop.
Recommended for:
The dark roasted Kissa Blend is a blend that offers a bitter taste like dark chocolate with a strong core.
This coffee is recommended for those who don't like the acidity of coffee, those who prefer a powerful flavor, and those who are familiar with the coffee served in good old-fashioned coffee shops.
