A Shape Designed for Coffee Bags
Coffee bags offer an easy way to enjoy authentic coffee, with rich flavors and clean acidity. They are attracting increasing attention, particularly in the specialty coffee industry.
We wanted more people to enjoy coffee bags, and to enjoy them even more deliciously. That desire led to the creation of the DIP CUP.
See the Right Amount of Water at a Glance
After extensive testing, we arrived at this unique shape, which incorporates several features designed to help you brew coffee bags beautifully.
The narrow section of the cup functions as a measuring mark. After placing a 10 g coffee bag in the cup, pour in approximately 160 ml of hot water, and the water level will reach roughly the line at the cup's narrowest point.
The slightly narrower opening also allows the immersed coffee bag to act like a lid, helping to retain heat during extraction.
Enjoy the Aroma, Too
The DIP CUP is designed not only to enhance the flavor of coffee, but also its aroma.
The rounded lower section, similar to a wine glass, helps capture the coffee's aromas, while the wider rim makes it easier to experience its rich flavors.
The cup's carefully balanced thickness provides a soft, comfortable drinking experience. It can also be used every day as a cup for enjoying coffee or tea.
Hasami Porcelain
Hasami ware, made in Hasami Town, Nagasaki Prefecture, is a type of Japanese pottery that has long been loved as everyday tableware.
One of its defining characteristics is its specialized division of labor, with skilled craftspeople responsible for each stage of production. From clay preparation to mold making, the expertise of different artisans comes together to create each individual piece.
This traditional production system makes it possible to achieve the DIP CUP's unique and intricate shape.

What is a Coffee Bag?
A coffee bag is a coffee brewing method where the coffee grounds are steeped in hot water, much like a tea bag.
With just hot water and a cup, you can enjoy coffee anytime, anywhere.
Despite its simplicity, it delivers the rich aroma and flavor characteristic of specialty coffee.
