Every month, we deliver coffee beans and coffee bags tailored to your lifestyle to your home.
"I want to enjoy a variety of coffees, but I always end up buying the same coffee beans..."
"I'm so busy I can't find the time to go out and buy coffee..."

The REC COFFEE subscription service is perfect for you.
Enjoy a relaxed specialty coffee experience at home.

Regarding delivery timing

As a general rule, orders placed by the 10th of each month will be delivered around the 22nd of that month .

Payment and delivery schedule

We deliver a different REC COFFEE coffee every month.
Shipping is free nationwide .
The first payment will be made at the time of application .
After that, all subsequent payments will be automatically made on the 10th of each month .
If your registered credit card becomes unable to make payments due to reasons such as expiration, and you do not contact us afterwards, deliveries of your subscription service will be suspended.
*After a credit card payment error is confirmed, a total of three retry attempts will be made every six minutes.


◼️About your first order

In principle, if you place your order by the 10th, it will be delivered around the 22nd of the same month .
*You cannot skip this step if you are placing your first order. *If you would like to change the delivery address or other details for your first order, please contact order@rec-coffee.com (even if you make changes from your My Page, the information will not be updated).

◼️Regarding orders from the second time onwards

Automatic payment will be made on the 10th of each month, and the product will be delivered around the 22nd of the same month .
If you wish to change your delivery information, please change your delivery address or skip delivery from your subscription My Page before completing your order.
*Changes can be made up to three days before the next payment date listed on your My Page.

Changing your order details (shipping address, quantity, skip, etc.)

You can change your order details.
You can change the contents of your order via LINE with our dedicated barista or by contacting order@rec-coffee.com .
Changes can be made up to three days before the next payment date .

If you change your order, the next delivery will also be made with the changed contents .

Cancellation Policy

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after payment has been completed.
If you are unable to receive your order due to unavoidable circumstances, please skip your order from your subscription page before making payment .

About cancellation

After the second time, you can cancel your subscription from your subscription page .
You can cancel up to three days before the next payment date listed on your My Page.
* If you cancel after payment, your order will be cancelled from the next payment order.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience after shipping.

Regarding the use of points and coupons

Points and coupons cannot be used to pay for subscriptions . Please use the points you have earned at the online shop.
