This year, we blended Ethiopia's bright, festive, and transparent base with a small amount of Colombia, a unique and appealing blend, as an accent. What this creates is a special sparkle that can only be found during the holiday season.

Concept
We imagined a sparkling holiday season. The bright acidity that represents lit-up cityscapes, the aroma that warms the body, and the sweet aftertaste. A medium roasted blend that goes well with holiday sweets.
Taste
Flavors reminiscent of orange and apple tea, with a long lasting honey and caramel sweetness.
The round texture of this coffee is pleasant, and as it cools, the fruitiness becomes more pronounced.

Beans used in the Holiday Blend
Ethiopian Sidama / Washed
brings a sparkling bright acidity that expresses the sparkling concept of the blend and gives it an axis of flavor.
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe / Natural
This blend brings out firm fruit and sweetness. As it cools down, you can taste more sweetness.
EthiopiaSidama / Anaerobic
Not only natural, but also Anaerobic Ethiopia is used. It gives depth and volume to the sweetness.
Colombia / Innoculated Fermentation
We use a lot of the Colombian Pink Bourbon variety, which has recently become popular with our customers.
A small amount is added to give a mellow aroma and flavor complexity.
Guatemala / Friy Washt
This is a well-balanced combination of Ethiopia and Colombia, which has a distinctive flavor.
It is fruity, yet the acidity is soft, and the taste has a sense of calmness while its individuality stands out. It is also recommended for those who prefer a floral coffee!
How to enjoy our Holiday Blend

Hello! This is Sannomiya from LEC Coffee Tenjin-Minami Store.
This year's Holiday Blend is a coffee with a flavor that sparkles like Christmas lights.
It is a gorgeous blend with a refreshing acidity reminiscent of apple and berries, and a long-lasting gentle sweetness like black tea!
This time, we will introduce two ways to enjoy it: black and milk arrangement.
If you want to enjoy it black...
The temperature is slightly lower at 89℃ and the brewing time is about 3 minutes, which gives a long-lasting gentle sweetness.
Recommended recipe
| Powder quantity: 16 g / Grind: medium grind / Temperature: 89°C Pouring: 260 g / Extraction time: about 3 minutes |
| 01. Pour 40 g of hot water and let it steep for 40 seconds. |
| Pour in two small circular pours from the center. The first time: 60g ・Second time: 80g *Pour the powder so that it moves well, which will increase the volume of sweetness. |
| 03. Finally, pour 80g in the center with one point pouring for a refreshing aftertaste. |

If you want to pair it with milk
Blend hand-drip coffee and milk at a ratio of 3:1.
