-
coffee beans
14g (medium-fine grind)
-
hot water
220ml (93℃)

preparation
Prepare 14g of coffee beans and grind them. Using the SIMPLIFY the Brewer, grind them to the same size as shown in the photo, or slightly finer.
The extraction temperature for hot water is 93°C. If you transfer boiling water to another kettle or pot, the temperature will be approximately 93°C.
Prepare about twice the amount of hot water you will be pouring.

01. Rinse
Place the dripper and wave filter in the server.
To warm up the device, pour hot water over the paper filter once, ensuring that it is evenly distributed (this is called rinsing).
Please discard the hot water that has accumulated in the server after rinsing.

02.Preparing to pour
After rinsing, set the server and dripper back in place and place the coffee grounds in the center of the filter. Then, shake gently to evenly distribute the coffee grounds evenly (to ensure that the coffee grounds are evenly exposed to the hot water).

03. Pouring
First, pour the hot water in a circular motion to distribute it evenly over the grounds, then pour it in one spot in the center. Pour 220ml in one go over 40-45 seconds. Once the coffee has been thoroughly poured out, it's done.

04.Complete
Transfer to your favorite cup and enjoy.
*Adjust the grind size to suit your taste.
