French Press
This recipe makes approximately 5 cups per 100g and 13 cups per 250g.

Coffee beans
18g (coarsely ground)

Hot water
300ml (100℃)

01 Preparation
Prepare 18g of coffee beans and grind them. For hand drip coffee, grind them roughly as shown in the photo. Grinding will vary depending on the grinder, so please refer to the photo.
Prepare boiling water. Make sure to prepare about twice the amount of water you will be pouring.

02 Add the ground coffee
Pour hot water into the device once to warm it up. Discard the water.
After heating the equipment, add the coffee grounds to the French press.

03 Pouring
Set the timer and pour in 300ml of hot water at once.
After pouring, the coffee will separate into three layers: gas, coffee beans, and liquid. *The amount of gas will vary depending on the beans and their condition.
Wait in this state for 4 minutes.

04 Plunger
After 4 minutes, gently push down on the plunger to avoid spilling the coffee.

05 Completed
Once you've pushed the plunger all the way down, pour it into a cup and it's done.
The flavor changes with temperature, so please enjoy it slowly.
