Cores Grinder
How to use & recommended recipes
Our baristas have tested recipes for brewing delicious coffee using REC COFFEE coffee beans. We have published instructions and recipes to help you brew at home.

Step 1
Remove the hopper lid and add your favorite coffee beans.

Step 2
Turn the granularity adjustment dial to set the appropriate memory.
The larger the number, the coarser the grain, and the smaller the number, the finer the grain.

Barista Notes
Recommended dial
・Paper filter: 5.5 to 6
・Coffee maker 5.5-6
・French press: 6.5-7
*Please note that this may vary depending on the coffee beans and degree of roasting, so please use this as a guideline.

Step 3
Set the grinding time using the timer adjustment button and start
If no operation is performed for 90 seconds, the device will enter sleep mode, so please press the start button again to start it up.

Step 4
Once it stops, tap the side of the container to remove any excess powder and remove the container.
You can also close the container lid to lock in the scent.

Barista Notes
Once it has stopped, close the container lid and shake it gently from side to side to distribute the particles evenly.

Barista Notes
Coffee ground with a cores grinder is characterized by its mild flavor.
Although a little powder tends to come out when you remove the container, it is quite compact and quiet.
Another plus is that it is easy to disassemble and clean.
