C2 Coffee Mill

How to use & recommended recipes

Our baristas have tested recipes for brewing delicious coffee using REC COFFEE coffee beans. We have published instructions and recipes to help you brew at home.

Step 1

Remove the container and turn the scale at the bottom of the unit to adjust the grind size.
Clockwise for finer, counterclockwise for coarser.

Barista Notes

Recommended dials are
Paper filter: 15-16 clicks Coffee maker: 15-16 clicks French press: 20-22 clicks

*Please note that this may vary depending on the coffee beans and degree of roasting, so please use this as a guideline.

Step 2

Place the container in place. Remove the handle and pour in your favorite coffee beans directly.

Barista Notes

If you use too many beans, they will be slippery when grinding, so we recommend a maximum of 15-18g.

Step 3

Grip the body and turn the handle. Once you're done grinding, remove the container and pour out the ground coffee, then enjoy it in your preferred brewing method.

Ease of use

When you first start using it, the blade is a little stiff because it hasn't yet been broken in, but after the second time, even women can grind easily.

Although it is a little heavy, it produces very uniform grains among manual mills and is very labor-saving. It has 36 levels of grind adjustment, allowing for fine adjustments.
