This is a refreshing medium-dark roast blend available only in the summer, perfect for enjoying on crisp summer mornings.

A crisp, refreshing acidity reminiscent of grapefruit and a sweetness like brown sugar or chocolate.
This is a refreshing coffee with a moderate body and a good balance of acidity and sweetness. 
Beans used in the Summer Blend
Every year the Summer Blend is blended based on Kenya, and this year we are using two types of Kenya.
The use of these two types of wine allows for a complex citrus acidity to be expressed.
This blend offers a refreshing citrus feel and a gentle sweetness like brown sugar, even on the hot summer days.
- Kenya: Kenya's washed coffee is a blend mainly of free washed coffee, and even when roasted medium-dark, it still has a strong summery citrus acidity.
-Columbia: The Colombia gives this washed summer blend a firm body.
It creates the base for the overall smooth texture and sweetness.
- Honduras: Characterized by a refreshing acidity reminiscent of washed orange, Honduras makes the acidity of the Summer Blend brighter and more vivid.
・Nicaragua / Free Washed Nicaragua is responsible for enhancing the texture and sweetness.
The taste is somewhere between Colombian and Honduran, giving the wine a nice balance.

Hello everyone, this is Shigeta from Reck Coffee.
The sun is getting stronger little by little, and we are starting to feel the summer coming!
This year's summer blend is delicious whether you make it into a hot coffee or iced coffee!
This blended coffee has a refreshing acidity reminiscent of grapefruit, a rich sweetness like brown sugar or chocolate, and a rich texture that I personally find appealing.
We recommend drinking it as a hot coffee in the morning when it's still cool, or as an iced coffee during the day!
