The 2026 New Year Blend has a bright and vibrant impression, with a deep sweetness and supple texture, resulting in a luxurious and rich finish.
We have created a blend that will slowly accompany you as you celebrate the start of a new year.

TASTE

This New Year's Blend has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and a pleasant syrupy and soft texture.

When warm, it gives off a gentle, elegant impression like peach tea, and as it cools, the sweet and sour taste reminiscent of plums gradually becomes more clearly evident.

This drink changes its character over time, leaving a lingering honey-like sweetness to the very end.

Guatemala / Freewashed
The Guatemalan Free Washed acts as a balancer, bringing together the individual characteristics of the other three beans. .


Sidama, Ethiopia /  Washed
 
This washed Ethiopian Sidama coffee has a vibrant, bright acidity, yet also has a fruity sweetness to it. It gives off a sparkling acidity.


Kenya / Washed
Kenya has a flavor reminiscent of brown sugar and black tea, adding volume to the sweetness and enhancing the overall sweetness. .


Colombia / Inoculated Fermentation
This year we are using the luxurious Geisha from Granja Paraiso 92!
It has a refined acidity and an elegant impression, giving the whole wine depth.

This time, we spoke to Yanagitani, a barista at the Tenjin One Building store in Tenjin, Fukuoka, which opened in April this year, about her unique way of enjoying coffee.

Drip coffee and seasonal baked goods "Black Fig Tart"

By making drip coffee using the New Year Blend, you can enjoy a warm and comforting aroma reminiscent of peach tea and orange.
The perfect pairing is the seasonal baked confectionery "Black Fig Tart" served at Reck Coffee.
The deep, rich sweetness of the fig complements the aroma of the other fruit, further enhancing each other's flavor.

We use Violet Sollies from Tomita Farm, which is also known as the "mysterious black fig," and are characterized by their strong sweetness, rich and sticky texture, and thin skin.
This luxurious dish is made with an almond tart filled with beautifully baked black figs, skin on, and finished with a generous amount of red wine and black fig jam.

As the temperature drops, the coffee takes on a syrup- or honey-like texture and becomes softer on the palate.
When enjoyed with the tart, the flavors of red wine and black fig jam spread softly in your mouth, elevating your coffee time into a special dessert experience.

It's also delicious as a hot tart, so why not take it out and reheat it a little at home and enjoy it?
