My way of enjoying "Autumn Blend 2025"

This year's Autumn Blend is a colorful blend that celebrates the bountiful autumn harvest. It has been completely redesigned from the caramel and nutty "brown" impression of previous Autumn Blends, to a brighter, more vibrant image reminiscent of autumn leaves and ripe fruit.

We use six types of carefully selected coffee beans from four countries. What's unique about this coffee is that we use three types of naturally processed coffee from Ethiopia. This makes for a more distinctive and profound flavor than last year's.
In addition, the beans from Brazil, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica, each with their own unique charms, blend together to create a balanced flavor and acidity.

Autumn is the season when you want to drink coffee. We aimed to create a blend that will warm your body and soul as the seasons change. This is a cup that you can enjoy relaxing in the autumn breeze. We have finished it with a medium-dark roast, close to a medium roast, with the intention of pairing it with autumn flavors and sweets.

Taste

The concentrated sweetness reminiscent of red berries and the soft acidity of stone fruit create a pleasant balance.
As it cools, the creamy texture emerges and a mellow sweetness reminiscent of sweet chocolate spreads. Please take your time to enjoy the mellow autumn flavor.

Beans used in the Autumn Blend

  • Ethiopia/Natural

    Three types of natural ingredients are used to create a complex fruity flavor and sweetness. Although it is the same process, each has different characteristics. You can feel the fruitiness of ripe berries and the gorgeous, clear sweetness.

  • Brazilian/Natural

    The Brazilian coffee really brings together the texture and sweetness of the Autumn Blend. You can sense the flavor of stone fruit.

  • Costa Rica/Honey

    Costa Rican coffee balances the overall flavor without overpowering the individuality of the other beans. It gives off a refreshing and soft acidity.

  • Nicaragua/Natural

    Nicaraguan coffee is an autumn blend that is made by adding a lot of calories (heat). It gives a sense of volume and sweetness.

The combination of these different types of sweetness and complex flavors creates a deep taste with a floral elegance and brightness .

How to enjoy Autumn Blend


As the mornings and evenings get a little chillier, it's the season when you want a warm drink. The Autumn Blend combines the sweetness of chestnuts and caramel with the refreshing taste of citrus fruits, making it a drink that truly evokes the feeling of autumn.

The recommended way to enjoy it this time is cafe au lait, which is made by combining strong drip black coffee with milk.
A cup that blends sweetness and freshness. Autumn Blend, when combined with milk, creates a luxurious autumn experience.
Enjoy it with baked goods after work or school, or while reading on a holiday morning.
We recommend drinking it when you want to take a break!

Recommended ways to enjoy


Recipe

Powder amount: 16g / Pouring: 160g / Temperature: 90℃
Milk: 30g / Koji milk: 15g / Honey: 5g


01. Place the paper filter in the dripper. Pour hot water over the paper to remove any odor. Discard any hot water that falls into the server.
02. Place the powder in the filter so that it is evenly distributed. Pour 40g of hot water over the powder in a circular motion to ensure it is evenly distributed, and let it steep for 30 seconds.
03. Once the steaming is complete, pour the hot water again in a circular motion from the center until you have 160g of tea. (Ideally, the water should drip off in about 1.5 minutes.)
04. Transfer the extracted coffee to a mug and add 30g of milk and 15g of koji milk. (If you don't have koji milk, you can use 40g of milk.)
05. Finally, add 5g of honey, stir and it's done!


*We didn't heat the milk this time, but if you want it sweeter, we recommend heating the milk or adding more honey!

The combination of koji milk and honey gives it a smoother texture and a sweetness reminiscent of chestnut cake. You'll feel like you're drinking a dessert!
